Mild steel ball created from 8 mm solid round bar using trusted ring roller. 
450 mm mild steel cart wheels, created for a shepherds hut. These were manufactured from 75 mm X 10 mm mild steel flat stock for the wheel rim. And 12 mm mild steel spindles with a turned mild steel hub. 
This is the top form of the half arch increasing in size from the centre out.
The upright section is welded to the top part of the half arch. 
The Arch has been completed all ready for paint.
The strength and support for the half arch would come from this ground anchor, been concreted into the floor. 
The structure is now free standing with the ground support concreted in place and with the garden boarder planted you would never know it was underneath.

This ornate Driveway gate has two equal sides. 
The gate has a separate personal access gate built in.

Ornamental Fire Guard 
This sign was fabricated from mild steel and embellished with steel scroll work. 
The mild steel hotel sign has been galvanised and powder-coated black to give it long life. And stands out well with the signage after fitting.
